This course addresses the importance of the coaching relationship as the foundation of a successful coaching engagement. You will learn to develop coaching presence and awareness of the coaching context, as well as the skills to support client vision and achievement of outcomes. You will continue learning and practicing the ICF competencies towards successful completion of an ICF-accredited Level Two Emergence Coach Training program.
