This course focuses on developing your ability to observe and reflect on the coaching process and to be present with the client and with your own emotions and reactions in the coaching session. You will also learn to identify and learn to work with transferences and projections, the client’s and your emotions, and the ability to identify the process of the client’s emergence toward the actualizing of their potential. You will also learn developmental and existential-humanistic theoretical perspectives that will deepen your understanding of these processes. You will continue learning and practicing the ICF competencies towards successful completion of an ICF-accredited Level Two Emergence Coach Training program.
