Program Description
The Certificate in ROA offers a comprehensive introduction to Regenerative Organic Agriculture, including how to manage the biology of soils, how to solve soil and crop problems with organic methods, the science of horticulture, and how to design a farm operation. Students can complete the certificate completely online or extend their learning with an on-campus farm experience practicum in farm maintenance.
Successful completion of a non-degree certificate program may later be reviewed for approval to be applied toward earning a bachelor’s degree, specialization, or minor in Regenerative Organic Agriculture.
