PH 5002 - Applied Foundations of Maharishi AyurVeda I Learning to Align Individual Physiology with Cosmic Physiology to Promote Health Credits: 3 Prerequisites: PH 5001A Delivery mode: Online This course introduces students to apply foundational principles and practical frameworks of Maharishi AyurVeda in holistic therapeutic evaluation and planning. Students learn to assess individual patterns of balance and imbalance through structured observation of constitution (Prakriti), current condition (Vikriti), and strength (Bala), and to apply these insights in the development of individualized, non-clinical wellness plans. Emphasis is placed on ethical client communication, phased therapeutic planning, and the appropriate sequencing of purification, pacification, rejuvenation, and supportive lifestyle strategies. Through guided case study analysis, reflective practice, and simulated client interactions, students develop essential skills for integrative planning within a professional wellness and aromatherapy context.
