This course emphasizes the connection to human physiology and the Vedic Literature, discovered by Dr. Tony Nader and Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Leaning into Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s primary teaching that everything is made of Vedic sounds, students will explore this paradigm of consciousness through a personal and intimate connection through their direct experience of listening to and reflecting on the sounds of Maharishi Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. With this direct experience as the base, students will uncover the basics of how the Vedic sounds of this particular text expresses the quality of integration and unification in the physiology. Required for BAAS and MACHP Yoga Teacher Training program students and open to all.
