Food purity, food security, environmental protection, and climate change are the four most fundamental problems facing humanity today. The course presents innovative knowledge and research, highlighting the interconnections among food, agriculture, and the environment, and their effects on mind, body, and consciousness. Forefront disciplines such as epigenetics, neurobiology, systems dynamics, and regenerative organic agriculture are woven together and integrated with traditional practices such as Consciousness-based Vedic agriculture and natural medicine. Techniques are provided to help us perceive and experience the environment as alive, conscious, intelligent, interactive, and communicative-a holistic system capable of nourishing human life in unimaginable ways. By reestablishing humanity’s most precious and intimate relationship - our relationship with the environment - the course brings together the foundation and the fulfillment of regenerative agriculture through an enjoyable, interactive, and relevant course of study, which envisions a whole new and much-needed paradigm.
