AG 375 - Consciousness, Food, Physiology, And The Environment Maharishi’s Universal Insights into the Lively Intelligence of Nature Credits: 4 Prerequisites: Academic Background Required: 40 college credits Delivery mode: Online Food purity, food security, environmental protection, and climate change are the four most fundamental problems facing humanity today. The course presents innovative knowledge and research, highlighting the interconnections among food, agriculture, and the environment, and their effects on mind, body, and consciousness. Forefront disciplines such as epigenetics, neurobiology, systems dynamics, and regenerative organic agriculture are woven together and integrated with traditional practices such as Consciousness-based Vedic agriculture and natural medicine.
