This course introduces students to effective strategies necessary to start and grow a sustainable farm business. In addition to best practices and creative ideas, the course analyzes numerous case studies to demonstrate each component of the process. While profits are essential, taking care of those involved in the business is just as important. To achieve this, the course concludes with knowledge on how to turn a farm business into a community asset.
