AG 530B - Practicum In Regenerative Organic Agriculture Pt B


Applying Theory to Practice in Farm Design
Credits: 4-8
Prerequisites: AG 530A  and Faculty consent
Delivery mode: On-Campus
This farm-based fieldwork course involves daily engagement with farm activities including bed preparation, seed sowing, transplanting, crop maintenance, harvesting, and processing vegetables for market sales. Students will learn the various design and management strategies involved in regenerative agriculture, emphasizing building soil fertility, and increasing biodiversity throughout the farm landscape. This course will culminate in a final project in which students will apply what they have learned.
