Inside everyone’s pocket is one of the most powerful tools developed in the history of humanity: the smartphone. In this course, students will utilize that amazing tool to make professional-looking short-films and social media platform videos. For amateur filmmakers, this course will give you the basic skills to capture and edit high-quality videos. For those who already have experience in filmmaking, this course will teach you to use your phone in exciting and inventive ways where the amount and cost of your equipment are not considered a limiting factor. Students will learn applications and programs such as Filmic Pro, Adobe Rush, Adobe Premiere & Photoshop. Each section of the course will focus on specific styles and formats of filmmaking.
